The townhouse is perfectly located with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, the perfect place to spend a wonderful holiday.
On the first floor you will find all 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom en-suite, from here you have access to a south facing terrace overlooking the sea, golf courses, the mountains and the La Duquesa harbor. The second bedroom, also south facing, has 2 single beds and is perfect for children. The third bedroom is north facing and contains a double bed. On the same floor there is a bathroom with bathtub.
On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and a toilet.
From the living room there is direct access to a really nice terrace and garden. On the terrace there is a dining table with chairs and sun loungers, where you can relax and enjoy the view.
The area has 2 swimming pools and one of them is right next to the house. So it's very easy to get to the pool quickly.
There is a private car park for the house.
The house is right on the golf course and only 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest restaurant.
On the Costa del Sol coast you will find about 70 golf courses, and in this area there are some of the best beaches on the coast. The perfect place for couples and families with children.
