Property Monitoring
We want to help you make sure that your property stays in good condition, even when you are not there.
Our service will check your property 12 times a year. That includes:
- Airing the property (Opening windows and doors whilst other jobs are carried out)
- Flushing the toilets
- Running the taps
- Checking for any damp or mold
- Checking electricity, water and gas (Visual/smell)
- Checking for any visual signs of break-in or damage
- Checking that the locks on the doors work
- Checking that balcony doors and windows are closed
After our check, we will create a report at the property and send you a copy by e-mail.
